As a Design?Build Drainage Lead/Manager for our Innovative Pursuits Team, you will contribute to the growth of one of the Mountain West regions leading Design?Build teams. You will work with local and national contractors to deliver innovative, value?added drainage designs that support project success. Responsibilities Lead drainage engineering teams for transportation (freeways, interstate highways, interchanges, urban and rural highways, shared?use facilities) DB and/or PDB pursuits and projects. Coordinate with other discipline leads. Act as an integral member of the project delivery team. Lead drainage/hydraulic design, analysis, studies, reports, plans, specifications, and quantity tasks. Utilize MicroStation, OpenRoads, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and other common transportation drainage software. Maintain positive relationships with team members and clients and demonstrate effective team leadership. Be available to work on local and Rocky Mountain Region?wide projects. Communicate clearly in verbal and written interactions with clients, staff, and management. Consistently meet project deadlines. Grow personally and professionally with each project while creating designs and drawings that support overall project goals.
Qualifications
Current PE license (preferred states: UT, NV, AZ, ID, CO, NM, WA). 10+ years of leading drainage design for infrastructure projects. 3+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience. Proven ability to work effectively as a team leader. Outstanding client and personnel communication skills. Organized, detail?oriented, and disciplined.
