NVIDIA’s Operations team is looking for a Senior Buyer of Operations. You will collaborate with many internal organizations—Purchasing, Finance, Operations, Legal, and Engineering—to support NVIDIA Operations. You will report to the Director of IC Supply Chain and Manufacturing. What you’ll be doing:
Generating forecasts for each of our OSAT partners. Create purchase orders for all hardware for NVIDIA devices for Offshore Testing (including ATE testers, probe cards, sort ATC’s, Burn In, Handlers, Change Kits, Load Boards, Sockets, and spare parts). Service repair, maintenance capacity purchase orders for OSAT, substrates & tools. Support Operations CLM & NVIDIA legal to ensure proper NDA & contract maintenance. Generate NPI/Production BPO for OSAT, engineering, DOE and non‑production tooling, contract manufacturing services, subcon production services, rework Chip‑Ops ELP and non‑production subcon production services. Generate purchase orders for boards engineering and non‑production DOE and buyer for memory planning for ChipOps components & hardware. Resolve & support financial related issues that pertain to Operations BPOs and COUPA purchase orders when issues arise. Drive asset or equipment sales to third parties. Work with legal, traffic, tax, finance to ensure smooth sales. Support Financial Health Report Tool, NVIDIA CapEx Asset Risk Management and business continuity model for Operations. What we need to see:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, supply chain management, or a related field is desirable or equivalent experience. At least 8+ years of relevant experience. Familiarity with semiconductor wafer fab/assembly/test supply chain is highly desirable. Comprehensive understanding of offshore semiconductor manufacturing, finance, and operations. Strong statistical analysis skills—proven ability to convert data into information that drives decision making. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven negotiation skills. Skilled in Excel, Excel Pivot Tables, SAP, B2B, PowerPoint software and Office Suite; familiarity with VBA, COUPA and SAP is desirable. Compensation
Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 124,000 USD - 195,500 USD. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Equal Opportunity
