Responsibilities
Lead and oversee complex, cross‑functional projects for Eviti from initiation through successful delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client requirements.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement by collaborating with internal teams, business partners, and external clients to define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and deliverables.
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets; proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Analyze business processes and workflows within Eviti to identify opportunities for improvement, process optimization, and operational efficiencies.
Communicate project status, issues, and solutions clearly and effectively to all stakeholders, including executive leadership, technical teams, and business users.
Lead requirements gathering sessions, document functional and technical requirements, hold engineering estimation sessions, and work closely with development and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and regulatory standards.
Champion best practices in project management and business analysis, including the use of appropriate methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools for tracking progress and outcomes.
Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and high performance.
Continuously monitor industry trends and regulatory changes relevant to Eviti to ensure solutions remain compliant and competitive.
Education & Experience Requirements
5 years of previous experience required with a Bachelor’s degree (commensurate experience will be considered in lieu of a degree).
Experience with Project Management tools such as: Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, and Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO/TFS).
Proven track record managing healthcare technology projects, including coordinating with cross‑functional stakeholders and clinical teams to deliver successful outcomes.
Advanced knowledge of job area.

Salary Range
$100,700 - $126,000 base salary plus bonus potential.
