Responsibilities
Lead regional revenue Coordinate sales resources to support territory and account plans that increase growth Forecast weekly, monthly and annual revenue Deliver project growth within the region and position major EPC opportunities for a win Develop large and strategic account sales opportunities via channel partner alliances Act as a voice‑of‑the‑customer bridge between the field and support functions Coordinate regional sales activities such as new product launches, account assignments and ongoing customer needs Run the product portfolio by segment to ensure channel partners achieve maximum growth potential through solution‑selling efforts Qualifications
BS/BA degree, required; preferably in Engineering or Marketing 5+ years in the flow‑control industry with knowledge of valve and actuation applications or related fluid mechanics and electro‑mechanical equipment Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience Legal authorization to work in the United States – no sponsorship Preferred Qualifications
At least two years of team leadership experience Knowledge of ASME, ANSI and API standards (helpful) Benefits
