Job Summary As a Software Relationship Manager (SRM) you will prospect, present and close deals for our cloud‑based Point of Sale solution with merchants across the area. You will report to a District Manager, receive coaching from a Director and work closely with your local District Manager to set appointments and run scheduled presentations.
Compensation
Base Salary: 40,000
Residual Income: Earn from your hard work
Monthly/Quarterly Bonuses: Extra incentives for exceeding quota and achieving sales goals
Annual On‑Target Earnings (OTE): 1st yr $100,000+; 2nd yr $150,000+
Responsibilities
Prospect and present Genius Point of Sale solution to small and mid‑size merchants, restaurateurs and businesses.
Run scheduled appointments, uncover needs and demonstrate Global Payments Point of Sale solutions to close sales.
Maintain regular communication with the Point of Sale District Manager.
Train on our short‑cycle sales process using Atlas and Salesforce during the initial training period.
Attend weekly team meetings and weekly one‑on‑one sessions with a leader.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Desired Skills & Capabilities

Works well independently and as part of a team.
Incentive‑driven sales hunter.
Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity.
High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
Enjoys cold‑calling and speaking with people face to face.
Knowledge of Restaurant and/or Retail industry is a plus.
Minimum Qualifications
18 years of age or older.
Valid driver’s license; position requires regular driving to visit client sites.
Background check after conditional offer.
Mandatory drug screening on or near 60th day of employment.
Live in area relative to job posting location.
Ability to be in the field a minimum of 75% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma/GED.
At least two years of relevant experience.
