What You’ll Do

Supervise and oversee all aspects of Breg’s vendor engagements responsible for order entry and coding, ensuring accurate billing, patient eligibility verification, prior authorization, claim submission, and KPI achievement.

Analyze reports to prioritize claim finalization and take appropriate actions to achieve key results.

Act as an individual contributor as needed and provide coverage for coding (on/offshore), assisting with claim volume processing when necessary.

Serve as the subject matter expert and escalation resource for order entry and coding.

Partner with Revenue Cycle Management leaders and cross‑functional teams to develop and implement strategies to reduce pending claims and expedite accurate claim submission.

Collaborate with managers to recommend process improvements, develop new procedures, and create work instructions.

Monitor audit reports for quality and process adherence, communicating areas requiring additional training or updated business processes.

Lead staff development, performance management, and resource allocation, performing administrative tasks related to timekeeping, policy administration, and employment matters.

Provide constructive feedback, guidance, and reinforcement to employees, supporting individual development plans and evaluating training programs.

Partner with Breg training personnel on new or revised processes, policies, and training documents specific to order entry and authorization.

Perform duties in compliance with applicable HIPAA, FDA, CMS, ACHC, and other regulations.

What You Bring

Associated degree in an applicable field of study or 2–3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination. Relevant experience includes healthcare management with DMEPOS/other company that performs Medicare Part B and other reimbursement functions.

Certified Medical Coder required (AHIMA or AAPC credentials accepted).

Experience managing or supervising people; experience with offshore vendor engagement is a plus.

Proficient in reimbursement principles, medical terminology, payer groups and networks, including Medicare, worker's compensation, and private insurance.

Computer proficiency, including web browser, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Compensation Salary range: $58,800.00 – $78,600.00. Actual compensation is determined by experience, skills, and business needs. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new‑hire base salary/pay across all US locations. The role may also be eligible for a bonus.
