The candidate will be responsible for delivering a variety of projects across the NA Biscuit portfolio, including maintaining and optimizing various branded products, leading development of product from benchtop to launch, and delivering against quality and margin management goals. This role will focus on the Oreo brand. How you will contribute

Drive excellence in project management Plan and execute work plans, including development of timelines, risk assessments and contingency plans Analyze results of experiments and translate them into actionable recommendations with minimal guidance and support Have strong knowledge of the commercialization process Identify and efficiently utilize necessary resources to achieve timely delivery of project objectives Possess a strong understanding of the functional characteristics of ingredients and process unit operations, including how they impact finished products to meet consumer expectations What you will bring

Leading R&D teams and influencing cross‑functional teams Handling multiple priorities Proactively identifying complex technical or business problems and creating and implementing solutions Applying technical curiosity and understanding to interpret and analyze data Effectively influencing senior‑level and cross‑functional stakeholders verbally and in writing, including writing technical report conclusions Coaching and mentoring others Job specific requirements

Minimum of 5 years experience, preferably in the food industry Strong technical foundation and a high level of technical curiosity Ability to develop and drive technical projects with proper scientific rigor: conduct appropriate testing, gather and analyze data, and develop recommendations based on findings Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize and manage complexity from bench top to commercialization Participate in cross functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues Excellent written and oral communication skills; able to effectively communicate to all levels within the organization This job will require tasting our products regularly Travel requirements

Travel up to 30%, to locations in Canada, US, and Mexico Work schedule
