Responsibilities
Provide advanced patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and operate life-support equipment.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
Educate patients and families on treatment processes and recovery.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and hospital policies.
Qualifications Skills required include strong critical thinking, excellent communication, and attention to detail. Education: RN license, bachelor's in Nursing, and certification (ACLS, BLS).
