The Industrial Construction Site Supervisors work as part of a team to complete the required civil, electrical, and mechanical work to bring the system into operation at industrial sites across the country. Job Summary

Reporting to the Installations Division Manager, you will serve as the reference point for site workers and project managers and play a key role in the successful completion of a project. Extensive travel to customer sites is required. This position is paid on an hourly basis; overtime will apply. Responsibilities

Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects and meet established deadlines. Follow project schedules and monitor attendance of sub‑contractors. Allocate general and daily responsibilities. Supervise and train workers and sub‑contractors. Ensure manpower and resources are adequate. Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met. Supervise the use of machinery and equipment. Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget. Resolve problems as they arise. Report on progress to managers, engineers, etc. Qualifications / Job Requirements

A high school diploma/GED plus 5 years of directly related experience. Certification and/or apprenticeship in a skilled trade (a plus). Direct experience in the role of Site Supervisor in an industrial setting. Ability to travel extensively (3 days up to 6 months) with paid home visits available every other weekend. Must have a valid US‑issued driver’s license with a good driving record. Working knowledge of OSHA guidelines. Electrical experience required. Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints. Aptitude in math. Ability to assume responsibility for day‑to‑day operations in the field. Effective communication skills. Excellent organizational, team building, and leadership skills. Problem‑solving abilities, critical thinking skills. Time management skills. What EMSCO Offers
