Are you a people‑oriented professional with a passion for exceptional customer service and sales? AMLI Residential is seeking a Multi‑Site Leasing Consultant to join our FAMLI team in Seattle. In this role you will represent our central hub properties: AMLI Arc, AMLI Waterfront, AMLI South Lake Union, and AMLI 535. This is an exciting opportunity to work across multiple luxury communities and gain invaluable experience in the dynamic multifamily housing industry.
Responsibilities
Guide prospective residents through property tours, answer questions, and help them find the right apartment.
Greet and qualify leads, follow up via phone and email, and market to potential residents through social media and networking.
Process leases, applications, and other required documentation efficiently and accurately.
Assist with resident retention efforts, plan community events, and respond to resident inquiries and service requests.
Maintain relationships with local businesses and apartment locator services, and regularly shop competitors to stay ahead of market trends.
Ensure office, amenity areas, model apartments, and common spaces are clean, welcoming, and professionally maintained.
Benefits
$21.50–$22.00 an hour + 35–40% more on average through leasing bonuses and incentives.

2+ years of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service.
High school diploma or GED required (college degree is a plus).
Strong communication and customer service skills – you enjoy connecting with people and helping them find solutions.
40 hours per week; Monday and Saturday availability required (we’re closed Sundays!).
Tech‑savvy and marketing‑minded – comfortable with social media and leasing technology is a plus.
