Incora We are currently seeking an exceptional Senior Financial Analyst to drive EBITDA performance and work closely with operational teams to monitor financial impacts of changes. About the Role

As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry, we focus on delivering strong financial outcomes. Your primary responsibilities will be to provide financial analysis, act as a true business partner to operations, and serve as a systems expert for the Finance Director. Key Responsibilities

Weekly & monthly EBITDA & working capital reporting. Reforecasting processes, both weekly and monthly. Consolidation of division financials. Systems expertise & business intelligence. Orderbook analysis. Long‑range sales forecasting. Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities

Responsibility for the weekly sales and margin reporting, including the management of the dashboard process and ensuring an accurate forward view. Chair and support weekly dashboard calls, drive meetings to ensure reporting reflects the latest view. Act as the FP&A expert for ERP and consolidation systems. Align reporting structures under a defined global matrix using BI solutions. Support the Finance Director to drive efficiencies and eliminate manual report creation. Provide financial support for key commercial accounts and attend commercial meetings as required. Prepare and support sales and margin re‑forecasts; ensure that rebudgeting is fully understood and supported by the FP&A group. Support time‑sensitive projects for the wider FP&A team. Participate in improvement activities to enhance business performance. Support customer profitability as required. Performance Measures

Timely, high‑quality reporting. Expanded systems knowledge covering OS & TM1. Accuracy of forecasting and early recognition of risks and opportunities. Qualifications and Experience

Degree level education. Significant experience in a computerized accounting environment. Significant financial procedures experience within an operations business. Competencies and Behaviors

Effective written and oral communication. Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels. Experience with computerized accounting systems. Intermediate Excel skills. Experience with specialized systems such as OneStream is advantageous. Incora Values
