We’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead and scale a high-performing team of Account Executives (AEs). You’ll coach, execute, and own revenue delivery, ensuring that every account executive consistently exceeds quota while building a culture of accountability and excellence. This is a hands‑on leadership role suited for a player‑coach who thrives on pipeline creation, deal strategy, and coaching.
What You’ll Do
Team Leadership & Coaching – Lead, mentor, and develop AEs covering mid‑market and enterprise accounts (brands and agencies).
Run weekly pipeline reviews, deal strategy sessions, and 1:1s.
Create a culture of disciplined execution, continuous learning, and transparency.
Revenue Ownership – Own the team’s bookings number; deliver consistent attainment across the AEs team.
Partner with marketing to drive top‑of‑funnel pipeline generation.
Collaborate closely with the Founders on forecasting, pricing, and GTM strategy.
Process & Performance – Define and refine sales processes, qualification frameworks (MEDDIC/BANT), and pipeline hygiene.
Monitor key performance metrics (pipeline coverage, win rate, sales cycle, ACV).
Ensure consistent use of CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) for forecasting and reporting.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Partner with Product Marketing to refine messaging, battlecards, and pitch materials; work with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and expansion opportunities; gather market feedback to inform product roadmap and positioning.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years in SaaS sales, with at least 2 years in a team leadership or a player‑coach role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience selling to e‑commerce, retail media, or marketing technology buyers preferred.
Excellent coaching, communication, and pipeline management skills.
Data‑driven mindset; able to use metrics to drive accountability and improvement.
Entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment.
Qualifications Education – Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
