Veterans Auto Warranty, Inc. is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to support our expanding team. Our experienced professionals are committed to providing top-quality warranty solutions, exceptional customer service, efficient claims processing, and building long-lasting relationships with automotive dealers. Position Overview
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for building partnerships with both new and used automotive dealerships to increase revenue in the assigned territory. Key duties include presenting and educating dealership staff on our full range of warranty solutions to achieve sales goals and performance targets. This role offers strong earning potential, including a base salary, monthly paid commissions, and a monthly expense allowance. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a sales strategy focused on automotive dealerships to generate new business within the territory Develop thorough expertise in our products, brand, and mission to empower dealerships in building more innovative and stronger businesses Build and maintain relationships with all dealer personnel, including owners, general managers, sales managers, and finance managers Deliver presentations and lead training sessions for dealership personnel to improve their knowledge of our solutions and support effective sales practices Collaborate with internal departments such as claims and customer service to strengthen dealer partnerships and ensure high levels of satisfaction Leverage the CRM system to track sales activities and dealer communication Monitor and evaluate the sales activities and products of competitors Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, new account acquisition, and retention goals Qualifications
Residency within the territory is required Willing to travel daily up to 80% within the assigned territory Reliable transportation with a valid, clean driver’s license and current vehicle insurance Track record of success in territory sales, preferably within the automotive sector Knowledge of automotive warranty solutions and their advantages Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Proven ability to excel independently and as part of a sales team Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Zoom Workplace Compensation
