About the Role As a Construction Superintendent, you will be the field lead responsible for ensuring every project site runs smoothly, stays on schedule, and meets our high standards. You’ll work closely with our project managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and clients to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction. You’ll lead by example—organizing trades, managing daily activities, maintaining safety compliance, and solving problems on the fly.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all on-site construction activities and daily operations
Coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, inspections, and timelines
Enforce safety standards (OSHA), site cleanliness, and jobsite organization
Ensure high-quality work is completed on time and within budget
Maintain detailed daily logs, schedule updates, and site reporting
Represent Breeding Contracting in walk-throughs, inspections, and client updates
Collaborate with Project Managers to identify scope changes, RFIs, and punch list resolution
Proactively address issues before they become delays
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in construction (commercial and / or residential)
Proven ability to run jobs ranging from $100K–$10M+
Strong understanding of trades, building codes, and safety protocols
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive communicator
Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
OSHA 10 or 30 certification required
