CCS is a leader in directing multimillion‑dollar raising campaigns for Catholic dioceses and parishes. Each director manages multiple parish campaigns, partnering with on‑site campaign executives, fellow parish campaign directors, parish pastors, parishioner volunteers, and staff to carry out a phased and highly focused campaign plan. Directors are on‑site at the client’s location Monday‑Friday, with occasional nights and weekends. Who You Are

Highly self‑motivated and passionate individual with fundraising experience or transferable skills in consulting, communications, marketing, and strategic planning. Thrives in a mission‑oriented environment. Supports clients, donors, and volunteers to ensure a positive and effective campaign experience. Leads and manages projects from inception to conclusion. Applies critical and strategic thinking to quickly identify the crux of a problem. Communicates clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, and is comfortable articulating strategies with a variety of audiences. Adopts an approach to any given situation and remains open‑minded to new ideas. Adapts quickly to new and varied professional environments. Effectively collaborates and leads in various team settings, while assuming autonomy over individual goals. Quickly grows experience and expertise in the field of fundraising. Responsibilities

Develop work plans, timetables, and customized materials. Manage and train groups of volunteers. Track and analyze fundraising progress. Coach key leaders on fundraising best practices. Provide insight into industry‑wide philanthropic trends. Work on‑site at Catholic parishes Monday‑Friday and occasional nights and weekends. Qualifications

Willingness to relocate within the Southeast region for on‑site assignments, including nights and occasional weekends. Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff, volunteers, donors, and prospective donors. Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Great storytelling and strong public speaking skills. Keen business sense demonstrated in either a professional or academic environment. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team‑based environment. Commitment to supporting volunteer efforts and ensuring a positive and purposeful campaign experience utilizing personal connection to mission. Strong business acumen. Computer proficiency. Excellent quantitative analytical skills. Spanish language proficiency a plus. Possesses a valid driver’s license and ability to drive a motor vehicle. Benefits and Advancement

CCS offers competitive benefits, a dynamic training program, resources, career advancement, mentoring, and networking opportunities. Salary Range
