Read AI is looking for a strategic and results‑driven

VP of Sales

to lead the next stage of growth. In this pivotal leadership position, you will build a high‑performing sales organization, define and execute our go‑to‑market strategy, and drive adoption of our new analytics product across enterprise, mid‑market, and prosumer segments. You’ll report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success. Responsibilities

Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth across enterprise, mid‑market, and self‑serve segments. Build, lead, and scale a high‑performing sales team with a culture of ownership and accountability. Own forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to ensure accuracy against goals. Establish and optimize sales processes, systems, and tools (CRM, sales engagement, etc.). Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align go‑to‑market efforts. Engage directly with key prospects and customers to close deals and shape our value proposition. Define go‑to‑market strategies for new product launches and customer segments. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy and positioning. Ensure operational excellence across all stages of the sales funnel and customer journey. Qualifications

8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record of building and scaling high‑performing sales teams in a fast‑growth environment. Experience scaling revenue from tens to hundreds of millions in an executive leadership role. History of successfully building a small team into an organization that includes BDRs, AEs, and Sales Directors. Track record of accelerating a prosumer business and expanding it into an enterprise SaaS model. Strong strategic thinking and execution skills, with experience driving both inbound and outbound sales motions. Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tech stacks. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Familiarity with productivity, AI, or collaboration software markets is highly desirable. Why Read AI?

Annual base salary ranges from $200,000 – $275,000 plus variable compensation, equity, and benefits. We also offer low deductible health plans, flexible time away, and family leave programs.
