Communicate & Connect Counseling is expanding! We are currently seeking therapists to provide Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. This position is an in‑person role at our Fairfax, VA office with options to deliver telehealth sessions as well. About Us
Communicate & Connect Counseling is an Emotionally Focused Therapy training clinic with locations in Virginia Beach and Fairfax. We specialize in providing EFT Couples Therapy to Military and Veteran families and offer EFIT and EFFT as well. Mission

Office shifts are 6‑hour blocks with 5 clinical hours and breaks. Monday‑Friday 8 AM‑2 PM Monday‑Friday 2:30 PM‑8:30 PM Saturday and Sunday 9 AM‑4 PM Part‑time employment requires a minimum of 3 shifts (15 billable hours per week). We prioritize candidates who will build up to full‑time employment with 5 shifts per week (25 billable hours per week). The position is flexible and we can work with you to create a dream job! Prime office location Competitive compensation Referrals Full virtual and in‑person office services Additional psychotherapy training (EFT, sex therapy, etc.) Ongoing EFT group supervision (Mondays at 12 PM) Consultation with other therapists Licensure supervision (if needed) Administrative staff to assist in billing and scheduling Paid time off (for full‑time employees) Qualifications
Doctorate or Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work. Independently licensed (or provisionally licensed) in Virginia as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist. Prior experience or training working with military and veteran families. Completed an ICEEFT Externship in Emotionally Focused Therapy. Pay Range
Hourly W2 employee starting pay is $78 per clinical hour for a fully licensed master’s level therapist and $20 per administrative hour. Provisionally licensed masters level therapists receive $61 per clinical hour under supervision toward licensure and $20 per administrative hour. Clinicians certified in EFT or AASECT Certified Sex Therapist receive $101 per clinical hour and $20 per administrative hour. Opportunities for additional pay for providing clinical supervision to provisionally licensed therapists and/or student interns are also available. Application Process
