Direct performance management and provide ongoing education opportunities for staff. Manage the fiscal operations of the unit/department. Oversee staffing schedules, including participation in a rotating staffing call schedule within the service line. Ensure compliance with Standards of Nursing Practice for assigned unit(s)/department(s) and with local, state, federal, and regulatory standards. Implement, review, interpret, and revise all relevant INTEGRIS Health and departmental policies and procedures. Act as a resource for Community Health Improvement and rural facilities (Community Health Improvement/CHI Only). Provide clinical and administrative expertise for the bariatric surgery program (Bariatric Surgery only). Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; Master’s degree in Nursing preferred. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or a current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact member state. National certification preferred; must achieve applicable national professional certification within 12 months from start date. At least 5 years of RN experience. Previous nursing management experience preferred. BLS certification or completion within 30 days of hire required. For Emergency Department Only, ACLS certification or completion within 6 months of hire required. For Community Health Improvement, ARNP with Prescriptive Authority is required.
