Location: Remote (U.S. Based). Contract Type: 6-Month W2 Contract. Pay Rate: $90-$100/hour (depending on experience). Russell Tobin is partnering with a Fortune 500 global healthcare technology leader that is transforming the future of healthcare through innovative digital solutions for both humans and animals. We are seeking a Senior UX Researcher to join their growing Experience Research & Design team. This is a great opportunity to shape product and business strategy at scale by translating research into actionable insights that drive impact across a global enterprise. Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end research across multiple digital products and experiences, from scoping and study design through analysis and delivery. Define and measure quantitative UX goals and success metrics to assess and improve digital experiences. Identify strategic research opportunities and manage the full research lifecycle to inform short- and long-term product decisions. Conduct and analyze both qualitative and quantitative research, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. Partner cross-functionally with design, product, engineering, and business teams to influence decision-making with evidence-based insights. Synthesize findings for both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership. Manage and prioritize multiple projects of varying complexity in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s a plus). 5+ years of experience in an applied UX or product research setting. Proven ability to conduct and deliver both qualitative and quantitative research for complex digital experiences. Strong skills in research design, statistical analysis, and data visualization. Proficiency with tools such as Qualtrics, Medallia, UserTesting, SPSS, SQL, SAS, Figma, and PowerPoint. Strong collaborator and communicator, able to influence at all levels of an organization. Comfortable working cross-functionally within large, matrixed environments. Self-starter with the ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities. Strong research experience in eCommerce and design preferred. Portfolio required demonstrating past research work and deliverables. Preferred Attributes

Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and advocating for the user experience. Comfortable balancing detailed problem-solving with a big-picture, strategic perspective. Experience supporting enterprise-level design systems or large-scale digital platforms. Additional Information

This role is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere in the United States. Candidates local to the company’s Pennsylvania headquarters may have the option to work onsite periodically if desired.
