About the Role
The Senior Financial Planning Analyst reports to the Sr. Manager FP&A for North America and provides broad analytical and financial support to the NA DFS sales organization.
Responsibilities
Support sales management KPI and strategic initiative reviews that measure performance across the region
Responsible for all customer rebate calculations and management of related balance sheet accounts
Assist in the development of sales incentive targets and own the tracking/payment of quarterly sales incentive
Maintain and improve monthly reporting to sales account managers and the sales management team
Support implementation of reports through Excel and Microsoft Power BI, utilize the tool to automate and improve business insights
Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of sales and financial data during month‑end close
Recommend financial actions by assessing options in relation to organization goals
Perform ad hoc analysis for executives as required
Qualifications
Experience supporting a sales organization
3 - 5 years of strategic FP&A experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Experience may be used in lieu of education.
Expert user of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI and the Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Oracle, a plus
Required Skills
Track record of creating strong partnerships and influencing at all levels of the organization, particularly the sales leadership organization
Ability to articulate financial concepts to non‑finance business partners in a clear and concise manner
Exceptional critical thinking skills: ability to decompose complex problems, prioritize issues, and implement sensible solutions
Ability to demonstrate flexibility and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Proven ability to work in a fluid, fast‑paced team environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills, and comfortable facilitating and presenting to groups
Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills

Pay range and compensation package Bonus Eligible: discretionary bonus based on performance. Pay is determined by job responsibilities, experience, education, location, and key skills.
