Job Overview
Holiday Inn Denver East Night Auditor – Part‑Time (2 days a week). Balance revenue, settle accounts nightly, maintain files, and perform Guest Service Agent tasks while resetting the system for the next day of operations.
Responsibilities
Perform nightly bookkeeping activities such as balancing accounts and conducting audits.
Keep accurate records of room availability and guests’ accounts, manually or with computers.
Prepare and distribute daily reports and audit cashiers.
Check guests in/out and perform Guest Service Agent tasks, responding to inquiries and resolving complaints.
Monitor guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall satisfaction.
Practice safe work habits and wear protective safety equipment.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Previous night audit/accounting experience or equivalent training required.
Computer knowledge, Excel, and arithmetic skills required.
OPERA experience a plus.
Background & Skills
High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
OPERA experience a PLUS.
Previous night audit/accounting experience or equivalent training required.
Computer knowledge/Excel and arithmetic skills required.
