Banking, Capital Markets Strategy - Manager/Senior Manager
Accenture Strategy invites experienced banking and capital markets consulting professionals to lead strategy development and transformation programs for world‑class financial institutions.
Your Role
Serve as trusted advisor to C‑suite executives, defining strategy and delivering world‑class solutions.
Blend business and technology expertise to innovate new business models leveraging data, analytics and industry convergence.
Guide implementation with strong governance, budgeting, risk assessment and deliverables.
Lead cross‑functional teams and coach junior members.
Drive business development to originate new client opportunities.
Represent Accenture Strategy as an industry thought leader.
Travel up to 75–100% as required.
Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of experience in Banking/Capital Markets consulting or internal consulting / M&A.
6 + years of professional experience in business strategy, management consulting, commercial development, digital innovation or related functional areas.
Experience working with top incumbent financial institutions or fintechs.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving and logical reasoning skills.
Bachelor’s degree (MBA or graduate degree is a plus).
Bonus: merger integration planning/execution, financial analysis and reporting, competitive intelligence, team leadership, experience across Banking, Capital Market, Payments industries.
