Salesforce Administrator – Samba TV
Get AI‑powered advice on this job and more exclusive features. This Salesforce Administrator position is responsible for maintaining and expanding Samba TV’s Salesforce instance. Candidates will scope and solve internal operational deficiencies by implementing SFDC solutions across our Global go‑to‑market teams. Communication and documentation are vital in succeeding in this role, as it is an internal‑facing position that interacts with people at all levels and across all functions.
Base Pay Range $120,000.00/yr – $130,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Go‑to‑Market Leaders to understand the needs of the business and devise Salesforce solutions to ease the operations of Sales and Customer Support Teams.
Keep up to date with new SFDC features and releases to use all tools at our disposal and optimize builds.
Work on more complex system customizations and special projects as identified by management.
Resolve tickets and troubleshoot issues, providing responsive support to maintain user satisfaction.
Manage critical user lifecycle processes, including onboarding/offboarding and team structure changes.
Manage roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups.
Implement changes such as Flows, fields, dashboards, and page layouts.
Test and deploy updates to improve functionality.
Develop training materials and rollout new processes, conducting sessions to improve platform adoption.
Perform data loads and ensure data accuracy and reliability.
Support larger Salesforce projects, such as integrations and automation, enhancing platform capabilities by refining processes and supporting new initiatives.
Manage internal/external Salesforce resources.
Requirements
Experience as primary Salesforce Administrator.
Salesforce administration certifications and experience, including Sales Cloud.
Expertise with Salesforce configuration changes (e.g., Flows, dashboards).
Knowledge and curiosity about the Advertising, Media, Data and Measurement landscape is preferred but not required.
Ability to partner with Go‑to‑Market, Finance and Executive Leadership.
Willingness to accommodate internal stakeholders that work across multiple time zones.
Experience or at least knowledge of MuleSoft.
Bachelor’s Degree.
