Senior Integrated Marketing Manager – U.S. Retail Brokerage

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to lead multi-channel campaigns across digital, influencer, and partner marketing—all aimed at growing our retail trading platform in the U.S. (stocks, options, crypto).
On-site: Jersey City, NJ
What You’ll Do:
Own and execute full-funnel integrated marketing strategies for user acquisition
Lead co-branded campaigns with influencers, partners, and social channels
Develop messaging that speaks to U.S. retail investors and traders
Manage multi-channel budgets and optimize for performance & ROI
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand and message consistency
Analyze market trends and campaign performance to inform strategy
What You Bring:
5–8 years of experience in marketing (3+ in a senior role)
Strong track record in digital, influencer, and performance marketing
Deep understanding of U.S. retail brokerage, fintech, or financial services
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
Strategic, data-driven, and highly collaborative
Not a fit: General brand marketers without performance or acquisition marketing experience in fintech or financial services.
