Grand Hyatt San Diego invites a dynamic individual to oversee all aspects of event planning and execution at our AAA 4‑Diamond property with 1,628 rooms and 320,000 sq ft of event space. Responsibilities

The Event Concierge/Coordinator is a dual role that assists several Event Planning Managers in pre‑event planning, detailed event execution and serving as the liaison between the manager and the meeting/planner. Key duties include: coordinating on‑floor activities, resolving special requests, handling guest concerns, maintaining up‑to‑date event documentation and operating in both on‑floor and office settings. SHIFT: Flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays. WAGE: $27.58 per hour (subject to experience and education). Qualifications

Strong desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment. Refined verbal and written communication skills. Flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays. Ability to lift, push, pull a moderate amount of weight. Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances. Previous hotel and event planning administrative experience preferred. General computer proficiency. Benefits
