Design, develop, and maintain AI‑powered applications aligned with business goals Develop and maintain connections to third‑party platforms through APIs Implement and maintain retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) and vector stores for automation and defect detection Fine‑tune and optimize LLM prompts and workflows for accuracy and efficiency Build internal applications to enhance operational efficiency Develop and deploy cloud‑native solutions in AWS (Bedrock, Lambda, Aurora, S3) Optimize application performance, efficiency, and scalability Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather feedback and iterate on AI‑driven features Stay current with GenAI frameworks, multi‑agent orchestration techniques, and emerging AI tools Good to Have
Strong foundation in programming across multiple languages (Python, JavaScript, C++, Java, Go, Rust) Prior experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google) Familiarity with multi‑agent AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, LlamaIndex) Background in call center/contact center technology (bonus) Demonstrated problem‑solving and ability to deliver within tight deadlines Ability to articulate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders and collaborate across teams Non‑Negotiable Requirements
3+ years of professional software development 1–2 years of hands‑on AI/ML experience Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, etc.) Solid understanding of APIs, databases, and cloud‑native architecture Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently as a self‑starter and thrive in a collaborative environment Industry/Tools Experience
