Job Description
We are pursuing individuals for the position of
Exploitation Analyst (EA) . The role requires an active TS/SCI polygraph clearance. As an Exploitation Analyst, you will apply your deep understanding of adversary networks, network defenses, and cyber operational capabilities to develop exploitation plans and adjust operations as plans are executed. You will work with government, military, and contractor personnel to develop shared understandings of intelligence needs, mission relevance, and expertise areas. You will use analytical talent to form hypotheses, critically assess and choose analysis techniques, query, merge, enrich, evaluate, and pivot within data to gain insights, and share findings and new tradecraft with teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers.
Salary
$204,000-$241,000 base range (USD) plus discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits. Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, education, and skill level.
Required Skills
Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields (e.g., General Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Forensics, Cyber Security, Software Engineering, Information Assurance, or Computer Security).
18 semester hours of military training or coursework in networking, computer science, or cyber topics is equivalent to an Associate's degree.
Relevant experience in computer or information systems design, development, or analysis, and may include engineering hardware/software, programming, computer/network security, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, information assurance, systems engineering, or network and systems administration.
Completion of military training in a relevant area such as JCAC will count towards the experience requirement (e.g., a 24‑week JCAC course equals 6 months of experience).
