Hansen Talent Group is seeking a Workstation Support Analyst to support a large enterprise in Charleston, SC. This role will focus on configuring, installing, and maintaining desktop software/hardware while providing 2nd‑level technical support to internal users.
What You’ll Do:
Configure, install, and maintain workstation hardware/software in a Windows environment.
Provide deskside and remote support for incident tickets, service requests, and user issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems; ensure compliance with security standards.
Support Citrix/RDP access, print devices, and asset management.
Document configurations, create guidelines, and contribute to process improvements.
What You Need:
A+ Certification
Experience with Windows, Microsoft M365, IBM BigFix, Trellix, Cisco AnyConnect, ServiceNow.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Nice to Have:
Asset management systems, NetScout, A/V support, Citrix support.
