Commercial Refrigeration Territory Sales Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Commercial Refrigeration Territory Sales Manager to drive growth and strengthen our market presence. This role is focused on acquiring new business, cultivating existing customer relationships, and expanding the sales of leading refrigeration product lines. The territory includes an established customer base with significant opportunities for growth. You will engage directly with HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and mechanical contractors, presenting solutions that highlight the benefits of our products and programs. The ideal candidate is self‑starting, resourceful, and customer‑focused, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new business accounts in the commercial refrigeration and HVAC markets while expanding opportunities in additional market segments.
Increase sales performance and market share of key product lines including Sporlan, Intermatic, Mueller, Bohn Heatcraft, Penn, KE2 Therm, plus many more.
Build strong relationships with contractors, dealers, and distributors.
Promote and execute sales and marketing programs that support product growth.
Identify opportunities to expand wallet share within existing accounts, improving both revenue and profitability.
Serve as a technical resource by gaining expertise in our product lineup.
Travel within the assigned territory to meet with customers and prospects.
Qualifications & Experience
3+ years of sales experience in commercial refrigeration, HVAC, or related industries.
Proven background in distribution and wholesale channel sales.
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand refrigeration and HVAC applications.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
Ability to work independently while maintaining a team‑oriented mindset.
Self‑motivated, goal‑driven, and committed to exceeding targets.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
