As Senior Manager, Total Rewards, you'll play a key leadership role in designing and delivering benefits, wellness strategies, and compensation that support our employees and align with Foley's culture, MVP and business goals.

What You'll Own & Lead Total Rewards Strategy

Set and evolve Foley's Total Rewards strategy to align with business goals and employee needs

Partner with HR, Finance, and senior leadership to craft meaningful programs that support recruitment, engagement, and retention

Use data to uncover insights, influence decisions, and optimize offerings

Benefits & Employee Wellness

Oversee cost‑effective, competitive benefits programs that support a diverse workforce

Manage vendor relationships and lead plan renewals and open enrollment

Launch and refine wellness programs supporting physical, mental, and financial well‑being

Compensation & Payroll Excellence

Design and manage compensation structures, salary ranges, and pay equity processes

Lead annual compensation cycles: merit increases, bonuses, promotions

Ensure smooth, accurate payroll cycles in collaboration with internal teams

Team Leadership & Operational Success

Lead and coach a high‑performing team of four direct reports

Build scalable, efficient processes and documentation

Partner with internal teams to deliver timely and consistent total rewards information across all employee touchpoints

Employee Communication & Engagement

Develop compelling communication materials that educate and excite employees about their rewards

Craft total reward statements, intranet content, FAQs, and more

Gather feedback and continuously improve communication clarity and value

Compliance & Governance

Ensure programs are compliant with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., FLSA, ACA, ERISA, EEO)

Oversee required reporting and filings, including 5500s, ACA reporting, and audit support

Maintain current knowledge of relevant legislation, trends, and regulatory changes; adjust programs and policies as needed

Develop and maintain policies, plan documents, and governance practices in alignment with legal requirements and internal controls

What You Bring to the Table

7+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 4 years focused on benefits and / or compensation

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field

Experience designing and managing benefits strategies and compensation structures and in a growing or complex organization

Strong analytical and modeling skills; advanced Excel and HRIS / reporting system experience

Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution

Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills

Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving business needs

Solid sense of accountability, high‑quality judgment, and sound decision‑making.

Demonstrated success in motivating and developing employees through positive, impactful leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree or certifications (CCP, CEBS)

Bilingual (Spanish / English) a plus
