Position
Benefits Specialist (full‑time, temporary 3‑month contract)
Location: Fremont, CA.
Key Responsibilities
Manage employee benefits program including inbox and responding to inquiries related to open enrollment and post‑enrollment transitions
Serve as point of contact for employee questions and coordinate open enrollment
Perform administrative tasks such as tracking, documentation, and data entry
Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets
Navigate and utilize ADP for benefits‑related tasks
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years of benefits administration experience
Prior experience working in the healthcare industry preferred
Proficiency with computers, including MS Office
Organized, timeline‑focused, problem‑solving abilities, and high attention to detail
Computer skills and prior experience using Workday (open‑enrollment familiarity even better)
Interpersonal skills necessary to teach and counsel staff
Must be able to provide full hospital clearance and/or be open to obtaining upon being hired: proof of immunity for MMR, Varicella, Hep B, Tdap, Flu vaccine, plus yearly TB Test or QuantiFERON Gold
