Job Description Pay Range: $80hr - $85hr

A minimum of 12-15 years of hands‑on experience with the Salesforce platform.

Must have successfully led at least two full‑cycle Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementations.

Expert‑level knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce Billing is mandatory.

Strong understanding of the end‑to‑end quote‑to‑cash (QTC) process, subscription management, and revenue recognition principles.

Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builder, flows, and validation rules.

Experience with APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Components is highly desirable.

Excellent client‑facing and communication skills, with the ability to lead workshops and technical discussions with senior stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a high attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, remote environment within the EST time zone.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant accreditation is strongly preferred.

Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist.

Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage end‑to‑end Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing) implementation projects client.

Conduct business process review sessions and workshops to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.

Architect and design scalable and efficient solutions on the Salesforce platform that meet client business needs.

Configure complex product and pricing rules, approval processes, billing rules, revenue recognition rules, and payment solutions.

Lead data migration activities and design integration strategies between Salesforce Revenue Cloud and other enterprise systems like ERP and CRM.

Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices for the quote‑to‑cash lifecycle.

Develop test cases, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and manage issue resolution.

Create comprehensive documentation, including solution design documents, user guides, and training materials.

Mentor junior consultants and act as a technical escalation point for the project team.

Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status, risks, and issues effect.
