Client Relationship Consultants build relationships with customers by engaging them through multiple channels to provide informed counsel. They assess and attend to customers' banking needs, obtain and process customer and account information, demonstrate and educate clients on deposit and loan products and services, and recommend solutions based on each customer’s goals and needs. Responsibilities include proactive outreach, welcoming clients, processing basic transactions, and collaborating with branch teams to serve clients effectively. The role emphasizes knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services, including digital products and services, to optimize the client experience with accuracy and operational excellence. The position requires NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, including a criminal background and credit check. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Typically 3–4 years of job-related, retail banking experience or equivalent training Preferred Skills / Experience Proven ability to build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach Ability to engage and communicate with clients Knowledge of bank policies, procedures and support systems Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Experience with digital products and self-service technologies Ability to identify customer needs with a digital-first approach Basic proficiency in making appropriate product recommendations Experience in the financial services industry preferred Client Relationship Consultant 3

Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Typically 5+ years of job-related, retail banking experience Preferred Skills / Experience Proven ability to build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach Advanced knowledge of bank policies, procedures and support systems Thorough knowledge of all retail products and services Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Experience in participating in sales campaigns/promotions Experience with digital products and self-service technologies Ability to identify customer needs with a digital-first mindset Advanced level of proficiency in recommendations Experience in the financial services industry preferred Premier Client Relationship Consultants hold FINRA registrations in order to refer clients to registered representatives in partnership with wealth management teams. No direct investment sales are made by Premier Consultants. They must maintain FINRA registrations and meet FINRA SIE, Series 6 (or 7) and Series 63 (or 66) requirements.
