About The Position The Tulsa Center for Behavioral Health Human Resources Department is looking for a Recruiter to serve the Tulsa Center for Behavioral Health facility. The Recruiter will be involved in the full spectrum of recruiting and onboarding functions, including helping hiring managers develop and market job positions, sourcing candidates utilizing job boards and by attending career events, scheduling interviews, conducting pre‑employment checks, making verbal and written offers, and facilitating on‑site onboarding at one or more of our State‑operated facilities.

Job Type/Salary

Open/Close dates: 10/13/2025‑Until filled

Full‑time

Hourly rate: Level III $30.04, Level II $25.96, Level I $22.83

Primary working hours are 8:00 am‑4:30 pm

FLSA status: Non‑Exempt

Minimum Qualifications And Experience

Level III:

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree plus two years of professional experience in human resources management.

Master’s degree plus one year of professional experience in human resources management.

An equivalent combination of education and experience.

Human resources management experience should include at least one of the following: job analysis, position classification, wage/salary and benefits administration, civil rights administration, recruitment or payroll administration.

Note: Experience which was incidental to or not a major responsibility or duty of the position shall not be accepted as qualifying.

Level II:

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree plus one year of professional experience in human resources management.

Four years of technical human resources management experience plus one year of professional experience in human resources management.

Master’s degree in human resources, industrial/organizational psychology, public administration, sociology, psychology or a closely related degree.

An equivalent combination of education and experience.

Human resources management experience should include at least one of the following: job analysis, position classification, wage/salary and benefits administration, civil rights administration, recruitment or payroll administration.

Note: Experience which was incidental to or not a major responsibility or duty of the position shall not be accepted as qualifying.

Level I:

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree.

Four years of technical human resources management experience.

Special Requirements

Applicant must be able to pass an OSBI background check.

Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job‑related travel normally associated with this position and as such have a valid driver’s license.

About us Tulsa Center for Behavioral Health (TCBH) provides a supportive, safe and welcoming environment in which an array of integrated therapeutic interventions promotes an improved quality of life for consumers and the community. TCBH serves individuals eighteen years of age or older who present in a mental health crisis with or without substance abuse and are determined medically stable. We will transition soon into our new 140,000 square foot, 106‑bed hospital, slated for completion in 2026. This state‑of‑the‑art facility, the Oklahoma Psychiatric Care Center, will feature a 24‑hour crisis response Urgent Recovery Center and will be situated in the OSU Academic Medical District, near the new VA Hospital and the OSU Medical Center in downtown Tulsa.

Drug and Alcohol Pre‑employment and Pre‑placement Testing Upon a conditional offer of employment, applicants for safety sensitive positions shall be required to submit to urinalysis to test for drugs. Appointment to a safety sensitive position shall be contingent upon a negative drug test result.

Agency Requirements THIS AGENCY REQUIRES COVERAGE 24 HOURS, 7 DAYS PER WEEK. WORK HOURS AND LOCATION MAY VARY DEPENDING ON BUSINESS NECESSITY. EMPLOYEES MAY BE REQUIRED TO WORK WEEKENDS AND OVERTIME.
