Overview We are seeking a Global Trade Controls Co-Op for a January to July 2026 term in New Brunswick, NJ. Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company.

Responsibilities

Data Analytics & Process Automation: Assist in transforming complex trade data into actionable insights, streamline processes through automation, and create compelling visualizations to support decision-making at a global level.

Business-Technical Liaison: Serve as a key link between the business team and the technical team, translating business needs into clear technical requirements and ensuring the team understands the context and objectives.

Team Execution: Support key areas of the organization, including execution of daily tasks, training, metrics, etc.

Qualifications / Requirements

Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required.

Actively enrolled in an accredited University for the duration of a co-op, pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master of Science and/or MBA, and not graduating before July 11, 2026.

Preferred Majors: Supply Chain Management, Engineering (Biomedical, Chemical, Biochemical, Computer, Software, Systems, Electrical, Industrial), Materials Sciences, Packaging Sciences, Business (Management, Marketing), or related fields.

GPA of 2.8 or higher.

Data Analysis and Process Automation with experience in Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Alteryx, R, Tableau, SQL, Python, etc., is highly desirable.

Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills; excellent communication and leadership skills preferred.

Ability to balance multiple projects and work independently while contributing to team goals.

Permanently authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship required at time of application or in the future. Students on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually require sponsorship for long-term employment unless eligible for an alternative status.

Compensation & Benefits The expected pay range for this position is between $23.00 per hour and $51.50 per hour, based on program year, discipline, degree, and/or experience. Co-Ops/Interns may participate in Company-sponsored medical benefits. Benefits include sick time where eligible, and participation in the retirement plan (pension).
