and take on a fast‑paced, high‑volume call center role that rewards high performance and dedication. As a High Call Volume Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll manage 300‑400 outbound or inbound calls daily to identify, qualify, and record new leads.

Key Responsibilities

Make 300‑400 inbound/outbound calls daily, verifying and entering data accurately.

Conduct thorough qualification assessments to identify high‑quality leads.

Accurately update and maintain CRM records.

Adapt to changing campaigns and procedures while meeting or exceeding metrics.

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security standards.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

Experience: At least 1 year in a high‑volume call center or data‑accuracy focused role.

Tech savvy: Proficiency with computers and CRM systems.

Workspace: Quiet environment with required equipment—USB headset, Windows 10 or higher, Intel i5, 8GB RAM, 250GB drive, 30 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload, webcam.

Individuals with criminal records are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Bonuses Base Pay: $13 /hr Attendance Bonus: $2 /hr for 38 out of 40 scheduled hours Performance Bonus: $2 /hr once 7,000 points weekly; $1 /hr for every 1,300 points beyond the threshold; no cap on bonuses.

Leaderboard Bonus: $0.50 /hr per record for any of the nine performance records.

Full‑time: 40 hours per week
