Fastbreak AI is looking for an outstanding Lifecycle Marketing pro to setup communication workflows and build and run personalized email and newsletter campaigns.
Fastbreak is a rapidly growing leader in sports operations technology. Our products power professional leagues like the NBA, MLS, and NHL as well as some of the largest youth and amateur sports organizations around the world.
You are a technical marketer, and love to test and connect marketing tools. You'll up the systems, data flows, and operating rhythm that turn email into a reliable growth channel. You'll manage segmentation, multi-touch campaigns, newsletters, and personalized journeys for executive decision makers at pro sports organizations and for youth sports directors.
What You’ll Do
Select our email marketing & campaign management system
Configure, sync and manage our CRM (Salesforce) and email systems.
Design multi-touch ABM journeys for enterprise products and teams, and different, more tactical playbooks for our SMB and youth sports audiences
Own segmentation, dynamic personalization, and A/B testing to lift open rates, CTR, replies, and pipeline influence
Launch newsletters and triggered programs for prospects, customers, and partners with clear audience goals
Build clean data flows, field mappings, data enrichment, email validation, and UTM standards
Improve deliverability with contact record augmentation, list hygiene, consent management, and send-time optimization
Create sales alerts and task workflows that convert intent signals into follow-ups inside Salesforce
Use AI tools and automations for audience building, testing and creative iteration
Report weekly on channel health, experiment results, pipeline impact, and share clear next steps
Requirements
4 to 6 years in email marketing, focused on B2B email and lifecycle programs
3 or more years of experience working at small, high-growth companies
Hands on experience with AI data tools like Clay
Relentlessly curious: you design and run rapid experiments, document learnings and roll winning tests into repeatable playbooks
Hands-on experience setting up email systems and integrations with Salesforce
Comfortable building multi-touch campaigns, newsletters, and personalized journeys
SQL and/or no-code query skills for segmentation, along with confidence in spreadsheets
Highly organized and detail-oriented with a test and learn mindset
A BA/BS degree
Preferred Skills
Experience with startups & rapid growth
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Salesforce API and Admin experience
Experience with SMB programs and community growth
Familiarity with ESPs or tools such as ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, Iterable, Customer.io, Litmus and Clay preferred
