Salary range $95,000 to $120,000 with excellent benefits. Responsibilities include compliance of all employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness, and leave programs. Human Resource Benefits Manager Qualifications And Responsibilities

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred CEBS, PHR, or SHRM-CP certification preferred Supervise and mentor the Benefits Specialist to ensure accuracy and consistency in daily benefits administration Coordinate with HR and Payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of benefit enrollments and changes Serve as the primary liaison between employees and third-party benefit providers Collaborate with leadership to evaluate, design, and recommend competitive benefits packages In-depth knowledge of benefit plans and applicable federal/state laws (ACA, COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA, etc.) Proficiency in benefits administration platforms and HRIS systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Human Resource Benefits Manager Compensation & Benefits
