Position Summary
The
BULLEIT
Frontier Whiskey Brand Ambassador serves as the face and voice of the brand across three key Southeast markets. Florida, Georgia & North Carolina.
Key Responsibilities TRADE ADVOCACY & EDUCATION
Lead elevated education sessions, staff trainings, and whiskey seminars with bartenders, buyers, and distributor teams
Deliver compelling storytelling on
BULLEIT
heritage, distilling process, and category relevance
Drive account-specific education on trends such as sustainability, premiumization, and cocktail culture
Position
BULLEIT
as the “bartender’s bourbon” by forging trusted trade partnerships in Florida, North Carolina & Georgia
CUSTOMER RECRUITMENT
Actively identify, recruit, and convert new accounts with the BDMs into long-term
BULLEIT
partners
Build strong relationships with new trade customers securing visibility
Partner with BDMs and distributor reps to maximize account reach and advocacy
Track new account wins and activations as a core KPI
MARKET VISITS & ACTIVATION SUPPORT
Execute structured weekly market engagements in Florida, North Carolina & Georgia
Conduct bi-monthly activations in Florida, North Carolina & Georgia
Support distributor ride widths, blitz days and key account visits to elevate education and build trade relationships
Deliver post-visit recaps and insights to brand and commercial teams
NATIONAL & STRATEGIC ACCOUNTS
Support
BULLEIT
presence in key national on-premise accounts across the Southeast region
Deliver trainings, staff engagement, and activations for high-value partners
EXPERIENTIAL EVENTS & MEDIA
Act as host/talent for spirited dinners, trade shows, and cultural events in Florida, North Carolina, & Georgia
Represent the brand at industry events such as Tales of the Cocktail, & other local Market industries
Support influencer, PR, and media initiatives with authenticity and authority
SOCIAL MEDIA ADVOCACY
Amplify the
BULLEIT
brand world via personal ambassador channels (Instagram, LinkedIn)
Create authentic, trade-focused content to highlight trainings, activations, and cultural moments
Collaborate with brand and PR teams on digital storytelling initiatives
Weekly Activity Framework (Florida/NC/GA)
Elevated Education (bartenders, buyers, distributor teams)
Platform Activations (on-premise or cultural events)
Account Visits (new customer recruitment)
Local Market Summit (team alignment)
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of trade advocacy sessions delivered
Number of new consumers reached
Mentorship sessions delivered to BDM/CDM/DHP teams
Social media engagement metrics (reach, content views, shares)
Execution of platform activations in Florida, North Carolina & Georgia
Quality of reporting and insights delivered
Qualifications
3+ years in spirits, hospitality, or brand advocacy with strong Southeast market ties
Deep knowledge of bourbon, whiskey, and cocktail culture
Proven ability to build and maintain trade relationships
Strong public speaking and presentation skills
Social media fluency (content creation, trade storytelling)
Ability to travel (FL-based with monthly NC/GA visits; occasional national travel)
Evening and weekend availability required
