Responsibilities
Lead consumer‑facing marketing activations for platform mega campaigns, cluster‑specific events, and consumer experience initiatives to strengthen consumer awareness and brand recognition.
Develop 360° integrated marketing plans across digital, social, offline, and influencer channels to maximize campaign reach and impact.
Create innovative marketing assets and creative content that resonate with users and effectively communicate brand values.
Work closely with cross‑functional teams (operations, PR, creative, and campaign teams) to ensure consistent brand messaging and seamless execution.
Monitor campaign performance and consumer insights, continuously optimizing strategies to drive stronger brand trust and recognition.
Qualifications
5 years of experience in campaign marketing, brand strategy, or integrated marketing roles.
Experience marketing an e‑commerce, social commerce, consumer/DTC brand, tech environment, marketplace.
Proven ability to lead complex, multi‑channel campaigns from strategy to execution.
Experience working in or with fast‑moving companies (tech, social, DTC, media).
Comfort with data and brand lift/performance analysis.
Familiar with TikTok and other content platforms; experience in content‑driven commerce is a strong plus.
Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to lead through ambiguity and manage multiple timelines.
Solid understanding of marketing channels including email, social, paid media, creator, and content marketing.
Deep knowledge of digital trends, internet culture, consumer behavior, and audience insights.
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills; experienced in building internal and external partnerships.

Job Information Compensation: The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $106,400 – $191,330 annually. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
