Assistant, Sales - Fox Entertainment Global / Sales Marketing Experience FOX Entertainment Global is looking for an Assistant to provide daily executive and administrative support for a Senior Vice President and Vice President of Sales. The Assistant must have superb organizational skills, an eye for detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, an understanding of the entertainment industry, and a desire to work in the scripted and unscripted landscape. It is important to be able to anticipate the needs of the executives, confidently multi‑task, and prioritize under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. A self‑starter who can comfortably interact with various executives and can confidently act as a liaison between executives, agents, talent, and buyers. We are looking for someone to grow with the company.

Snapshot of Responsibilities Greet guests, answer and field calls, schedule a heavy calendar, coordinate and maintain appointments/meetings, maintain files and coordinate across other special projects Coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international) and other administrative duties (i.e. processing travel and expense reports, filing, etc.) Act as liaison with other internal departments and external contacts to execute assignments and represent the SVP, VP and the greater team in a professional and efficient manner Monitor and maintain awareness of marketplace activity, including sales and distribution trends from competing content providers Provide assistance on various departmental projects and events as needed Serve as back‑up to other administrative assistants when necessary Keep current on company projects, events, and issues and provide updates to your supervisor

What You Will Need 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant Team‑player who operates in a fast‑paced setting Understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly to changing business needs Excellent communication and follow‑up skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote Able to organize and establish administrative procedures independently, draft correspondence and reports, and work under pressure Ability to handle confidential information and interact with high‑level executives Ability to multi‑task Office coverage requires extended work hours – must be available to work overtime

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role is $21.00–$25.00 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
