Base Pay Range:
$166,000 – $220,000 per year
Staff Production Program Manager – Responsibilities
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, scalability, and cost effectiveness aligned with company COG objectives.
Monitor and control project budgets, track progress, and drive solutions to improve the bottom line.
Communicate regularly with internal teams and leadership to maintain transparency on project status, risks, and mitigation actions.
Allocate materials, labor, and equipment to meet production goals and ensure alignment with manufacturing timelines.
Act as the production point of contact for changes to existing products and new products in our pipeline.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines or operational objectives.
Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration between commercial, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and leadership teams to align production efforts with business objectives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
5+ years of experience in operations program management, production, or manufacturing, preferably in defense, aerospace, or complex hardware industries.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and production workflows.
Experience launching new products within condensed timelines.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Gantt charts.
Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, TPS, Six Sigma, etc.).
Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and organizational skills with strong communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
Active U.S. Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain one during the hiring process.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in defense, aerospace, or automotive manufacturing.
Experience with ERP, MRP, MES, PLM systems.
