Davis Tool is seeking an experienced professional who will manage the Human Resources function. This position reports to and works closely with the Controller.

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage HR team

Recommend, develop, and implement policies and programs to protect company and employee interests in accordance with company policies and government laws and regulations

Interact when required with managers and employees regarding HR compliance issues and concerns

Work professionally with other departments, employees, customers, and suppliers to solve problems

Help identify and resolve informational discrepancies or procedural issues

Make non-routine choices within established guidelines, with minimal supervision

Extensively use office/spreadsheet and company database software applications

401(k) administration to include 5500 testing, 401K audit and interacting with auditors

Develop and implement employee benefit programs

We are looking for candidates with the following attributes

Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, MBA preferred

3 years of HR experience. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

1 year experience managing employees

Professional confidentiality and discretion in handling company and employee information

Experience creating policies, procedures, and work instructions

Very proficient and comfortable with spreadsheets, payroll, and office software

Leadership experience

Demonstrated record of increasing responsibility

Salary: Depends on Experience
