Job Responsibilities
Support daily training operations within the Manufacturing Training Center
Populate training reports
Assist in scheduling training
Maintain computerized employee training records
Support training projects with project plans and timeline
Job Qualifications
This position requires the candidate to be pursuing a college degree in Business, Corporate Training or related field
Must demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills, including basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Work Authorization Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States. This is not a position for which sponsorship will be provided. Individuals with temporary visas or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, are not eligible for hire.
