Project Director (Infrastructure) at Webcor – overall responsibility for projects from preconstruction to close‑out and leadership of the full project lifecycle on large infrastructure programs. Responsibilities

Lead project delivery, ensuring projects are on time, on budget and within quality and safety standards. Own profit/loss for assigned projects and provide creative, cost‑effective solutions. Interface with owner, architect and contractor teams and represent Webcor as the company interface. Identify, manage and mitigate risk and opportunities throughout the project life cycle. Drive business development initiatives, build relationships with owners, subcontractors and engineering firms and support expansion of the customer base. Build and manage project‑specific work teams, train and mentor staff and enforce project safety policies. Use corporate resource planning tools to manage project resources and staffing. Technical Skills & Knowledge

Comprehensive knowledge of all stages of the project lifecycle and experience managing projects from initiation through close‑out. Advanced cost control, budgeting, billing, forecasting and accurate cost reporting. Deep understanding of prime contract types (GMP, lump‑sum, design‑build, negotiated, hard bid, etc.) and estimating services. Expertise in MEPS, interiors, exteriors, structure and “anything in the dirt.” Ability to assemble GCs/GRs, lead pre‑construction efforts and manage resources with minimal impact on other projects. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 15+ years diversified construction experience, including 5+ years field management on multiple large projects. Strong background in infrastructure projects – water, wastewater, transit, horizontal, electrical distribution systems and substation projects preferred. Self‑perform experience preferred. Salary Range
