Advanced Project Engineer – Redmond, WA
Pay Base salary range: $120,000 – $150,000 per year.
Job Overview As an Advanced Project Engineer at Honeywell you will provide expert-level technical leadership in the design and development of complex engineering projects, acting as the subject matter expert and driving technical excellence. The role reports directly to the Director of Engineering and is based on-site in Redmond, WA.
Key Responsibilities
Lead development teams in a new product development environment
Ensure project performance and execution
Manage customer relationships
Develop and manage schedule and milestones
Understand technology employed on various programs
Develop program/project cost estimates
Baseline development
Program/project metric development and reporting
Variance analysis
Risk and opportunity development and management
Manage supplier relationships
Travel within the US and/or internationally may be required
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Systems, or Mechanical Engineering, or related scientific discipline such as physics
5+ years in a related field
2+ years experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint and Outlook)
Experience leading development teams in an engineering environment
