Sales Director (Oil and Gas Industry) - Remote Work
In this role, you will be in charge of sourcing, nurturing, and closing new BairesDev clients primarily from your network and/or industry that are not inbound leads. This is a Hunter position.
What You'll Do:
Build strong, long‑lasting relationships with midsize to enterprise‑level clients across industries with a primary focus on Energy (Oil & Gas, Renewables, and Utilities).
Originate and nurture business relationships that result in engagement opportunities.
Present BairesDev's unique value proposition tailored to the needs of senior executives.
Scope projects, shape engagements, and help define business solutions that satisfy client needs and achieve desired outcomes.
Plan, implement, and manage lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines to meet annual revenue targets and business goals.
Plan resources, organize and mobilize teams throughout the complex sales cycle.
Understand and assist in managing and mitigating key risks through tactical plans and actions.
We are looking for:
5+ years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, or related industrial sectors.
Strong experience in business development, relationship management, or technical sales within the energy sector.
Proven success in sourcing, nurturing, and closing midsize and enterprise accounts within energy markets.
Excellent understanding of the Oil & Gas industry, including key players, strategies, client structure, and key trends.
Demonstrated strategic, creative, and analytical approach with a focus on initiating and building client relationships.
Must have a strong understanding of operational systems, data management, and technological challenges commonly faced in the Oil & Gas industry.
Ability to deliver compelling presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients.
Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
Detail‑oriented and deadline‑driven.
Native English or fully bilingual (English).
