The Sr. Financial Analyst for Operations Consolidations is responsible for driving financial clarity across global operations by consolidating and analyzing spend and headcount data to support strategic decision-making. The role also focuses on standardizing scalable processes and improving reporting efficiency, enabling leadership to act quickly and confidently in a dynamic business environment.
This position reports to the Sr. Finance Manager, MFG. FP&A and is part of the Manufacturing Finance team located in Sunnyvale, CA and will be an on-site role.
In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
Lead the consolidation, reporting, tracking, and analyzing of financials for Global Operations Finance as part of month end and forecast cycles
Support annual budget setting cycle process including calendar/deadline tracking, support of various key schedules (Operations Spend, Headcount, etc.)
Lead on reporting of headcount including reconciliations, open requisition reporting, month-end variance analysis, etc.
The Selected Candidate Will Possess The Following
Preparing and consolidating Global Operations monthly presentations to senior leaders, and maintaining reporting structures including cost center and account hierarchies
Preparing and publishing monthly standard business performance indicators and designing reporting to address ad-hoc requests to help provide business insights in aiding leadership decision making for Global Operations
Providing front line FP&A support to the Global Ops PMO office, including forecast, budget, month-end close journal entries and flux analytics, ad-hoc analysis, reporting and evaluating processes, procedures, and systems to further improve data collection and reporting and driving efficiency and automation in financial processes
Being a subject matter expert of the financial reporting system for the Global Operations Finance team and a liaison to IT for any finance related enhancement projects
The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent discipline
Minimum of 5 years’ of relevant FP&A experience
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in
Financial systems such as SAP, Hyperion, BPC, OneStream, Power BI or equivalent, in a manufacturing setting and advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including fluency with pivot tables and if-function formulas.
Having strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills, ability to think critically and being customer service oriented with a high sense of urgency
Proven self-starter who is intellectually curious with the ability to work in a cross‑functional, fast paced environment and ability to cultivate relationships and communicate effectively across the organization
The salary range for this role is $101,000-$128,000 annually. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
