Job Description

We are searching for a Transplant Data Registry Analyst — someone who works well in a fast‑paced setting. In this position, you will collect and coordinate a multitude of information for patients which may include autologous and allogeneic bone marrow, including core data sets for these patients, from point of referral, pre‑transplant, transplant, and post‑transplant. This role also assists with management of data submitted to various donor programs including database maintenance, forms tracking, quality assurance reviews, and assistance with overall study analysis. Must be able to understand the clinical information as it pertains to the patients to be successful in this role.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required

Bachelor’s degree in science or healthcare field is highly preferred

2 years’ experience in data management or related experience required

Responsibilities:

Reviewing and interpreting medical records in EPIC for transplant and cellular therapy patients

Reporting key clinical findings to an external transplant organization

Participate in data audits

Communicating with the physician team to present their data findings to ensure it is correct

Maintaining a transplant databaseRunning queries and reports from this database and Excel for physicians

Submitting data to national registries on a regular basis by meeting strict deadlines

Attention to detail and comfort with clinical documentation are key
