Support business development needs and repeat work by building, fostering, and maintaining strong relationships with clients/design teams/partners. RFP responses, development of proposals, and prepare for interviews with schedule, scopes and sales materials. Management and leadership of full preconstruction process – estimating, scheduling, constructability reviews, and value analysis. Oversee progress at each phase, make sure deliverables align with scope, budget, and client goals. Risk mitigation taking into account contract language, market conditions, and scope elements. Collaboration across departments. Prepare, update, and maintain preconstruction and construction schedules. Address delays or cost impacts proactively. Ensure smooth transition from preconstruction to construction. Lead presentations to clients (building systems, estimates, logistics, and value engineering). Provide prequalification support of subcontractors and vendors. Qualifications
Strong employment stability History of leading and mentoring others. 6+ years experience within estimating or preconstruction with projects valued at $50M+ within data center, industrial, aviation. Proficiency with MS Office, Procore, Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, WinEst, Sure Trak, Prolog, BIM, and JDE is preferred. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
